Treehouse: Our Neighbors, Our Commitment

To our neighbors,
We want to take a moment to speak plainly and from the heart. As two brothers who have spent years building in the athleisure world, we've been blessed to meet people from all walks of life. Lately, we've felt the need to clear something up about where we stand and what "Black Lives Matter" means to us.
We are conservative Christians. That's the foundation of everything we do. And when we hear the words "Black lives matter," we hear a truth we believe with our whole hearts: every single life is created equally in the eyes of God. Not one soul is worth more than another. Not one person is loved less by our Creator.
Scripture makes this clear again and again. In Acts 17:26, we read that God "made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth." One family. One human race. In Galatians 3:28, Paul writes, "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus." No dividing lines. No hierarchy. Just one people, made in the image of the same God.
Jesus didn't leave us room to be passive about this, either. When asked about the greatest commandment, He answered in Luke 10:27: "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart... and your neighbor as yourself." And in John 13:34-35, He gave us a new command: "Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another."
That word — neighbor — has been sitting heavy on us. Our neighbor isn't just the person who looks like us or thinks like us. Our neighbor is every person God places in our path. And loving them isn't a feeling we keep to ourselves. It's something we're called to live out.
So here's our promise to you.
We're not politicians. We're not activists with all the answers. We're two brothers with a business, a faith, and a genuine desire to do right by the people around us. But we've decided that "doing what we can" isn't enough as a thought — it has to become action.
Within our capacity, with the platform and the resources we've been given, we commit to listening more than we speak. We commit to supporting Black-owned businesses and creators in our industry. We commit to opening doors, sharing opportunities, and using what we've built to lift others up. And we commit to keeping our hearts open to correction when we fall short, because we know we will.
We don't share this to draw attention to ourselves. We share it because silence can be mistaken for indifference, and we refuse to be indifferent. Loving our neighbor is the clearest instruction we've been given, and we intend to honor it.
