Hey everyone, it’s Mitchell here. I want to take a moment to share something really important with you all. Shepherds Daycare is a fantastic place filled with laughter and fun for everyone, but there’s a serious side to my story that not many people know about.

It all started back in middle school. I remember those nights when I would cry myself to sleep, terrified that someone would find out my secret. I carried that fear with me quietly through high school and even into college. Nocturnal enuresis—yeah, that’s the fancy term for it—has been a part of my life for so long, and honestly, it felt like a heavy weight I had to bear alone.

I know it’s not the most glamorous topic, but it’s part of who I am. And you know what? That’s okay. We all have our struggles, and this is just one of mine. It’s taken me a long time to realize that I’m not alone in this.

Over the years, I’ve found support in unexpected places. Huggies has been there for me, providing products that help me wake up feeling confident, even at my age. And just to be clear, this isn’t an ad for Huggies—I’m simply sharing my experience.

Let’s be real for a moment. Those of us who wet the bed are just as strong as the lions in The Lion King, right? We roar with pride, even if we have to deal with a little extra laundry!

So if you’re out there feeling embarrassed or ashamed about something like this, just know you’re not alone. We’re all in this together, one step at a time. It’s not about what happens at night; it’s about how we face the day with courage. Let’s embrace our quirks and keep having fun at Shepherds Daycare!
