Julian’s New Adventure
After years of working a traditional 9-5 job, Julian finally decided it was time for a change. He had always dreamed of working with children, and when he heard about an opening at Shepherd’s Daycare, he knew it was the perfect opportunity. With a mix of excitement and nervousness, he submitted his resignation and prepared for his new role.

Later that day, Julian sat down with the daycare director, who wanted to discuss some important updates regarding Mitchell. “We’ve noticed that Mitchell has been going through quite a few diapers lately,” she began. “We’re implementing a new strategy to help reduce the number of diapers he uses throughout the day.”
Julian listened intently, curious about the plan. “We’re going to encourage Mitchell to use the potty more frequently and provide positive reinforcement when he does,” the director explained. “This means we won’t be changing him right away every time he has a little accident. Instead, we’ll give him the chance to recognize when he needs to go.”
Julian nodded, understanding the importance of this approach. “That sounds great! I think it will really help him learn,” he replied, feeling excited about being part of Mitchell’s development.
As the days went by, Julian embraced his new role at Shepherd’s Daycare. He enjoyed watching Mitchell grow and learn, celebrating each small victory along the way.
