Hey there, awesome movement warriors! Superman and Cookie Monster here, ready to help you discover your own super strength and monster energy!

Let's be real - exercise isn't just about getting stronger. It's about feeling AMAZING in your own body and discovering what you're capable of! As someone who flies around saving the world AND someone who chases cookies with boundless enthusiasm, we both know that moving your body can be seriously FUN.

Two Super-Duper Workout Options

Those moments when you feel like you can't do something tough? They're just opportunities waiting for you to prove yourself wrong! Those times when exercise feels boring? That's just because you haven't found YOUR perfect way to move yet!

Option 1: CREATE YOUR OWN 3-HOUR SUPER COOKIE ADVENTURE!

Design your very own super-powered workout using these building blocks:

1. Warm-Up Wonder (15 minutes)

Choose activities that get your heart pumping - jumping jacks, silly dancing, or running in place like Cookie Monster chasing cookies!

2. Strength Station (30 minutes)

Pick exercises that make you feel strong like Superman - modified push-ups, gentle squats, or lifting small water bottles like dumbbells!

3. Game Time (45 minutes)

Choose active games you LOVE - tag, hopscotch, or obstacle courses where you leap tall buildings in a single bound!

4. Rest & Refuel (30 minutes)

Take a break to drink water and have a small healthy snack (even Cookie Monster knows cookies are sometimes-foods!)

5. Adventure Zone (30 minutes)

Try something NEW that challenges you - balancing exercises, learning a dance move, or practicing sports skills!

6. Cool-Down Calm (30 minutes)

Gentle stretching, deep breathing, and celebrating all the AMAZING things your body just did!

### Option 2: FOLLOW OUR SUPER COOKIE POWER WORKOUT!

We've created this fun workout especially for YOU:

WARM-UP (15 minutes)

- Superman Says (like Simon Says but with superhero moves!)

- Cookie Monster Shuffle (side-to-side movement while making monster sounds)

- Jumping Jacks of Justice (start slow, then speed up!)

SUPER STRENGTH (30 minutes)

- Cape Flutters (arm circles with imaginary capes)

- Cookie Reaches (stretch up high, then touch your toes)

- Superhero Squats (gentle squats while striking hero poses)

- Monster Crawls (move across the floor on hands and knees)

PLAY BREAK (45 minutes)

- Kryptonite Keep-Away (toss and catch a soft green ball)

- Cookie Jar Tag (one person is "it" trying to tag others)

- Obstacle Course Challenge (set up pillows, stuffed animals to move around)

REST & REFUEL (30 minutes)

- Water break

- Healthy snack time

- Share your favorite workout moves so far!

**SUPER COOKIE CHALLENGES (30 minutes)**

- Balance on one foot like Superman flying

- Cookie monster counting jumps (count out loud while jumping)

- Team relay races

- Follow-the-leader with silly movements

COOL-DOWN (30 minutes)

- Gentle stretching

- Deep breathing

- Gratitude circle (share something you're proud of about today's movement)
