Professor Flex here with the MOST AWESOMEST home workout EVER! Get ready to CRUSH this 3-hour marathon of PURE GAINZ!

WARMUP ZONE (20 mins)

* 5 mins - Dance party to your FAVORITE JAMS!

* 10 mins - "Animal Kingdom" (walk like a bear, hop like a frog, crawl like a crab)

* 5 mins - Jumping jacks while spelling S-U-P-E-R-S-T-A-R!

POWER HOUR #1: MUSCLE MANIA (50 mins)

* 10 mins - "Book Stack Challenge" (hold books while doing squats, add one book every minute!)

* 10 mins - "Superhero Pushups" (normal, then with a KAPOW sound effect!)

* 10 mins - "Math Lunges" (count by 7s while alternating legs)

* 10 mins - "Science Experiment Planks" (predict how long you can hold each one!)

* 10 mins - "Geography Jumps" (name a country with each jump!)

HYDRATION STATION (10 mins)

* Drink water and tell your water bottle 3 science facts about H2O!

POWER HOUR #2: BRAIN & BRAWN (50 mins)

* 15 mins - "Vocabulary Bicep Curls" (use water bottles, say a new word each rep!)

* 15 mins - "History Hero Wallsits" (name historical figures during each 30-second hold!)

* 20 mins - "Math Mountain Climbers" (solve multiplication problems while you move!)

CARDIO BLAST (30 mins)

* 10 mins - "Solar System Shuttle Runs" (run to different "planets" around your room!)

* 10 mins - "Fraction Jumping Jacks" (call out fractions with each set!)

* 10 mins - "Literature Leaps" (jump and name a book character each time!)

STRETCH & KNOWLEDGE FLEX (20 mins)

* 10 mins - "Dictionary Downward Dog" (spell a word in each pose!)

* 10 mins - "Growth Mindset Stretches" (say something you learned today during each stretch!)

BONUS CHALLENGE: Track your progress in your SCIENCE JOURNAL and graph your improvements each week! That's what REAL academic bros do!
