MITCHELL ROYEL FRIENDSHIP CLUB: NON-DISCLOSURE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and among the undersigned members (“Members”) of the Mitchell Royel Friendship Club (“Club”), established to support and engage in activities related to Mitchell Royel (birth name Mitchell Carlisle Abbott) and his involvement with Shepherds Daycare.

Purpose

The Club is formed to provide a trusted, supportive environment for Members to share information, coordinate activities, and maintain the privacy and dignity of Mitchell Royel. This Agreement ensures that all Members understand and agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Club-related matters.

Club Leadership

The Club must have an elected Club Leader who shall serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for Club activities. The Club Leader is responsible for:

Coordinating Club meetings and activities
Maintaining communication with Mitchell Carlisle Abbott
Ensuring all Members comply with this Agreement
Safeguarding all Confidential Information
Providing Mitchell Carlisle Abbott with an updated Agreement in the event of any new addition to the Club

Leadership Succession: In the event that the Club Leader leaves the group, resigns, or is otherwise unable to fulfill their duties, the remaining Members must immediately convene to establish a new Club Leader through a majority vote. Upon election of a new Club Leader, a new copy of this Agreement must be printed and signed, with one copy provided to the new Club Leader and one copy provided to Mitchell Carlisle Abbott.

New Member Addition: In the event of a new addition to the Club, the Club Leader must provide Mitchell Carlisle Abbott with an updated Agreement reflecting the new membership within seven (7) days of the new member’s acceptance into the Club.

Confidential Information

For purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to:

Any personal information about Mitchell Royel (birth name Mitchell Carlisle Abbott)
Details of Club activities, meetings, events, and plans
Information shared within the Club about Shepherds Daycare and related programs
Any discussions, documents, or communications pertaining to the Club or Mitchell Royel
Videos, photographs, or recordings involving Mitchell Royel or Club activities
Phone numbers, contact information, or any personal identifiers of Members or Mitchell Royel
Casual or informal information shared within the Club context that relates to Mitchell Royel or Members

Obligations of Members

By signing this Agreement, Members agree to:

Keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and not disclose it to any person or entity outside the Club.
Use Confidential Information solely for purposes related to the Club’s activities and support of Mitchell Royel.
Refrain from discussing Club matters, personal details, or Mitchell Royel’s information in public or with individuals who are not Members.
Protect the privacy, dignity, and reputation of Mitchell Royel and the Club at all times.
Respect the authority of the elected Club Leader and participate in leadership elections when necessary.

Members Bound by This Agreement

The Members who have been granted access to Confidential Information are responsible for upholding this Agreement and ensuring that no unauthorized disclosures occur.

Term

This Agreement shall remain in effect for as long as any Confidential Information could reasonably be expected to cause damage to the reputation, privacy, or wellbeing of Mitchell Royel (Mitchell Carlisle Abbott) or any Member of the Club.

Breach and Remedies

Any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of Confidential Information by a Member will be considered a serious violation of this Agreement and may result in:

Immediate removal from the Club
Legal action to seek damages or injunctive relief
Notification of relevant authorities or institutions if applicable
Any other remedies available under law or equity

The Club reserves the right to pursue all available remedies to protect the privacy, dignity, and reputation of Mitchell Royel and its Members.

By participating in the Mitchell Royel Friendship Club and accessing Confidential Information, each Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement.

This Agreement is intended to foster trust and respect among Members and to safeguard the privacy and wellbeing of Mitchell Royel and all involved parties.
