Mitchell Royel Friendship Club: Membership and Contact Restrictions

No individual shall be admitted as a Member of the Mitchell Royel Friendship Club (“Club”) if they have had any prior or current contact, direct or indirect, with any of the following persons or entities associated with Mitchell Carlisle Abbott (also known as Mitchell Royel):

- Former employers of Mitchell Carlisle Abbott

- Businesses or service providers frequently patronized by Mitchell Carlisle Abbott, including but not limited to grocery clerks, servers, and unapproved physical trainers

- Health care professionals, doctors, or medical providers who have serviced Mitchell Carlisle Abbott

- Any security firms, organizations, or personnel connected to Mitchell Carlisle Abbott through homeowners, residential associations, or related parties, or who have had informal or formal relationships with Mitchell Carlisle Abbott or Members of the Club

Furthermore, all Members of the Club are expressly prohibited from initiating or maintaining any form of contact, communication, or relationship—whether in person, electronic, or otherwise—with any of the above-listed persons or entities. This prohibition extends to all forms of social, professional, or incidental interaction.

Violation of this clause shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate removal from the Club and any other legal remedies available to protect the privacy, dignity, and wellbeing of Mitchell Carlisle Abbott and the Club Members.
