DECLARATION OF CONTAMINATION AND POTENTIAL LIABILITY
WHEREAS, recent geological events have precipitated a catastrophic mudslide in the Malibu region, creating significant environmental and health hazards;
WHEREAS, said mudslide has resulted in extensive sewage contamination rendering some affected areas dangerous;
NOW, THEREFORE:
Section I: Contamination Acknowledgment
1.1 All individuals are hereby notified of extreme biohazardous conditions existing within the designated mudslide contamination zone.
1.2 Direct or indirect contact with mud, sediment, standing water, or surface materials constitutes immediate health risk and potential legal liability.
