When Dreams Take Flight

I've been listening to Kerli's "Walking on Air" on repeat lately. There's something about those ethereal melodies that lifts me between realms, reminding me of the ancient Wiccan wisdom: "Where there's fear, there's power." Every time I hear those lyrics, I feel inspired to dance on the edge of possibility.

Moonchildren:

There's this beautiful space between dreams and reality where we dance with possibility. We've all stood at the edge of decision, toes curling over the precipice, hearts pounding like ancient drums. Should we leap? Should we retreat?

When we cast our desires into the universe, sometimes the stars align in perfect harmony. Other times, they scatter like broken glass. I've launched myself into so many unknowns—some have caught me in gossamer nets of success, others have left me bruised on the ground of failure. But even in those moments of pain, I've found strange gifts waiting to be unwrapped.

"An it harm none, do what ye will." This old Wiccan rede has guided so many of my choices. We must follow our wildest impulses, but never at the expense of hurting others or ourselves in ways that cannot be healed.

Remember, moonchildren, that "what ye send forth comes back to thee threefold." Every risk we take creates ripples in the cosmic pond. The universe keeps its own strange ledger of debts and rewards.

The objective truth? There are no guarantees. We step into the mist not knowing if solid ground awaits. But the magic lies in taking that step anyway. The power has always been ours—to choose, to try, to fail, to rise, to transform.

In the space between the worlds, where shadows and light dance together, that's where we find our true selves—not in safety, but in the sacred risk of becoming.

Blessed be your journey,

—Mitchell Royel
