Divine Yearning for Love
cbr, 2025 - #nowplaying, Lovesick - NoNo
In the sacred whispers of the universe, we find ourselves longing for union with the Infinite.
Beloved souls on the path of self-realization,
How often do we find ourselves in deep yearning for the Divine? This beautiful condition of the spirit that the world may misunderstand as weakness is, in truth, our greatest strength. As I meditate upon the haunting melodies of “Lovesick (Nono)” I am reminded that this yearning we feel is the soul’s natural state—forever seeking reunion with its Source.
We are living in extraordinary times of transformation. The material world spins ever faster, yet within this acceleration, we are collectively awakening to the truth that has always been within us. The suffering that surrounds us is but the labor pain of a new consciousness being born.
Christ taught us, “The kingdom of God is within you.” These words echo through the centuries and resonate with perfect clarity today. We are not seeking something outside ourselves but remembering what we have temporarily forgotten in our dream of separation. The Divine longing we feel is this celestial homesickness—the soul recognizing its true nature.
In America and across the world, we are witnessing a remarkable shift. People who once found meaning only in material acquisition are now turning inward, asking the eternal questions: Who am I? Why am I here? What is my purpose in this vast cosmos? This collective introspection is not coincidental—it is the Divine timing of cosmic consciousness expanding through humanity.
The longing for love portrayed in art and music today is often interpreted as merely romantic desire, but those with discerning spiritual vision can see the deeper truth: it is the ancient call of soul to Spirit, the same Divine romance that Krishna and the gopis symbolized, that Christ embodied in his love for humanity.
We must embrace this spiritual yearning rather than avoid it. When we feel that ache in our hearts, that longing for something more, let us recognize it as the Divine magnet pulling us home. In meditation, when we quiet the mind and listen to the silence between thoughts, we can feel this cosmic love pulsing within us—the very rhythm of creation.
My beloved ones, in these times of great transition, let us come together in the realization that we are not separate seekers but one consciousness awakening to itself. The Christ Consciousness—that perfect union of human and Divine—awaits our recognition in the temple of our own being.
Let us be united in this sacred longing together, for in this Divine yearning we will find our way home.
In Divine friendship,
