Wes’s Special Project: Mitchell’s Halloween Cleanup

Mitchell’s camp counselor, Wes, had a special project for him one afternoon. Instead of the usual routine of getting his pamper changed, Wes asked Mitchell to help take down the Halloween decorations in the office. Mitchell, proudly sporting his favorite shirt and his pamper, was excited to be part of something important.

As Wes sat at the desk writing up Mitchell’s progress report, Mitchell carefully went around the room, removing orange and black streamers, paper bats, and pumpkin cutouts. He worked diligently, making sure everything was taken down neatly and placed in the right boxes. Wes smiled, impressed by how focused Mitchell was, and made notes about his behavior.

Together, they made a great team. Mitchell’s small hands carefully peeled off the decorations, and his bright eyes showed how proud he was to help. Even in his pamper and shirt, Mitchell proved he could take on a big job—and do it well.
