SUBJECT: Extended Gym Time for Mitchell’s Class
Please be advised that Mitchell’s class will be participating in a special four-hour gym instruction after math problems are complete. All regular classroom activities will be suspended during this time. The extended gym session will run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the main gymnasium.
The session will focus on fundamental movement skills appropriate for toddlers, including balancing, throwing, catching, and cooperative games. Cookie Monster will be assisting with the instruction and providing a special healthy snack break midway through the session.
All boys should come prepared with comfortable clothing, water bottles, and a pair of clean indoor shoes. Staff members are requested to help with supervision throughout this extended physical activity period.
This special gym instruction has been designed to introduce age-appropriate physical activities while maintaining the attention span and energy levels of our toddlers. Despite the length of the session, numerous breaks and activity rotations will keep the boys engaged.
Please direct any questions regarding this extended gym time to me directly.
