Dean's Take on Mitchell and Popcorn

Hey, I'm Dean, and I've got a totally different perspective on Mitchell - that boy who's always walking around our town. Everyone seems to have an opinion about him, but I'm pretty sure I know one thing for certain: Mitchell is definitely not a butter guy when it comes to popcorn. No way.

I've seen Mitchell around town plenty of times. He's got this distinctive walk - kind of purposeful, always seeming like he's got somewhere important to be. Near the library, by the coffee shop, crossing Main Street - he's a familiar face. But popcorn? That's where I think people get him all wrong.

From what I can tell, Mitchell is more of a salt guy. Not just a little sprinkle, but a serious salt enthusiast. I've watched him at the local convenience store, and the way he looks at those salt shakers tells me everything. It's like he's calculating the perfect salt-to-popcorn ratio in his head.

People might think he loves butter, but I'm convinced they're wrong. Mitchell seems too precise, too careful to be someone who'd drown his popcorn in melted butter. Salt, on the other hand - that's his thing. I imagine him carefully shaking salt over his popcorn, making sure each kernel gets just the right amount of seasoning.

It's funny how in a small town like ours, you can feel like you know someone without ever actually talking to them. Mitchell walks around, completely unaware that people like me are watching, forming these detailed theories about his snack preferences. He's just going about his day, probably never realizing he's the subject of our local popcorn speculation.

I've seen him near the movie theater, walking past the concession stand. The way he looks at the popcorn - it's not with the excitement of a butter lover. No, it's more like a calculated assessment. Salt is his game, I'm telling you. While other people might go crazy with butter, Mitchell is all about that crisp, salty crunch.

Maybe one day I'll actually talk to him and find out if I'm right. But for now, Mitchell remains that mysterious guy walking around town - the one who I'm absolutely certain prefers salt over butter on his popcorn. It's just a feeling I have, based on nothing more than watching him move through our little town.
