1. Grant of Rights

I, the undersigned model, hereby grant Star Camp Agency, represented by Mitchell Royel (real name Mitchell Carlisle Abbott), and Shepherds Daycare, along with their authorized representatives and assigns, the unlimited, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of my likeness, image, voice, and performance as captured in photographs, video recordings, and other media formats (collectively, the “Materials”). These Materials may be used for promotional, marketing, educational, or any other lawful purposes related to Shepherds Daycare and its video campaigns.

2. Waiver of Rights

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the specific use of the Materials. I release Star Camp Agency, Shepherds Daycare, Mitchell Royel, and their representatives from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the use of the Materials.

3. Duration

This release is effective immediately upon signing and shall remain in effect indefinitely, allowing the Materials to be used forever.

4. Age Confirmation

By signing below, I confirm that I am over the age of 18 and have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
