Rejecting Divisive Rhetoric, Embracing Christ’s Love

cbr, 2025

In the profound teachings of Christ, we find a universal call to love that transcends all human-constructed boundaries of race, culture, and prejudice. The phrase “blue-eyed devil” represents a destructive narrative that stands in direct opposition to the transformative message of divine love and universal brotherhood.

Biblical Foundation of Love

Our faith is rooted in the fundamental principle that every human being is created in the image of God. Scripture teaches us:

“There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” - Galatians 3:28

Principles of Christian Love

  1. Unconditional Acceptance

    • Rejecting all forms of racial stereotyping

    • Embracing the inherent dignity of every human being

    • Recognizing the divine spark in all individuals

  2. Empathy as a Spiritual Practice

    • Walking in the shoes of those different from ourselves

    • Understanding pain and historical contexts

    • Healing through compassion, not division

Christ’s Model of Radical Love

Jesus consistently challenged:

  • Social prejudices

  • Cultural divisions

  • Systemic oppression

He demonstrated a love that:

  • Transcends human-made boundaries

  • Heals historical wounds

  • Offers redemption without condition

Call to Transformative Love

We do not engage with rhetoric that divides. Instead, we commit to:

  • Active listening

  • Genuine understanding

  • Radical empathy

  • Unconditional love

Our faith compels us to see beyond surface differences, to recognize the divine in every human soul, and to love as Christ loved—without reservation, without judgment, with complete and transformative compassion.

Respectfully submitted,
In the Spirit of Christian Love.
