OFFICIAL STATEMENT REGARDING THE FUTURE OF SHEPHERDS DAYCARE
Shepherds Daycare and Shepherds Home Daycare are currently experiencing significant challenges concerning the availability of individuals who demonstrate genuine interest, reasonable commitment, and a willingness to participate in the production and development of the project.
As a result of these circumstances, the continued production and operation of Shepherds Daycare may be placed in question. While no final determination regarding the future of the project has been made, the present level of participation and demonstrated commitment has created legitimate concerns regarding our ability to sustain production.
PARTICIPATION AND PRODUCTION EXPECTATIONS
Participation in Shepherds Daycare is not intended to be based solely upon an expressed interest in the concept. Individuals seeking to participate as aspiring caretakers, teachers, or other contributors are expected to reasonably understand the time, effort, cooperation, planning, and creative contribution required to produce Shepherds Daycare and Shepherds Home Daycare.
We have encountered circumstances in which individuals expressing an interest in participating have not demonstrated a willingness to approach these requirements in a practical or reasonable manner. Continued participation requires more than an expression of interest; it requires a demonstrable willingness to contribute to the actual production process.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY CONTENT REQUIREMENT
Shepherds Daycare is intended to remain a FAMILY-FRIENDLY PROJECT. Accordingly, all prospective caretakers, teachers, and other contributors are strongly encouraged to consider whether the nature and subject matter of the content they genuinely wish to produce is consistent with the family-friendly purpose and direction of Shepherds Daycare.
Individuals should carefully evaluate their own interests and expectations before seeking or continuing participation. Participation should be limited to individuals who genuinely wish to contribute to the type of content Shepherds Daycare is established to produce.
REQUEST FOR INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT A PLAN OF AUDTIONING
Effective immediately, individuals who do not have a reasonably defined and actionable plan for contributing to the production of Shepherds Daycare or Shepherds Home Daycare are requested to refrain from further participation until they are prepared to make a meaningful contribution.
This request is intended to establish clear expectations and prevent continued participation that does not materially contribute to the project’s production, development, or objectives.
FUTURE OF THE PROJECT
The future of Shepherds Daycare will depend, in substantial part, upon whether sufficient genuine interest, responsible participation, and practical contributions can be established among prospective caretakers, teachers, and other contributors.
At this time, we cannot guarantee that Shepherds Daycare or Shepherds Home Daycare will continue indefinitely. Any decision concerning suspension, restructuring, or discontinuation of production will be made based upon the project’s ability to obtain the level of genuine participation and commitment necessary for continued operation.
We appreciate those individuals who have demonstrated sincere interest in contributing and encourage all prospective participants to carefully consider the responsibilities and expectations associated with involvement in Shepherds Daycare.
