SURYA-AMRIT

The term "SURYA-AMRIT" is derived from Sanskrit, where "Surya" means the sun and "Amrit" translates to nectar or immortality. Together, SURYA-AMRIT symbolizes the life-giving and rejuvenating qualities of sunlight, often seen as a source of energy, vitality, and renewal. It reflects the ancient belief in the sun's essential role in sustaining life and its connection to spiritual and physical nourishment.

Captured in Pacific Palisades this morning, 7/9/26. The sunrise hit different today—like it was charged with magic. I soaked in the cosmic vibes, letting the energy of the moment fuel me while "Exotic" by Priyanka Chopra and Pitbull blasted in my ears. A whole mood—alive, electric, unstoppable.

I'm back.

Not with a bang, not with a big announcement.
Just quietly, with a bowl in my hands and a smile
I couldn't hold back.

Call me Mr. Brand Ambassador.

I'm kidding.
I'm nobody's ambassador.
This isn't an endorsement, and no one's paying me to say any of this.
It's just me, getting back into my healthy game after letting it slip for a while.

Here's the thing about wellness. It's easy to drift away from it. Life gets loud. The good habits fade first, quietly, before you even notice they're gone. And then one morning you look in the mirror and think, "Okay. Time to come home."

So I did.

I started with the simple stuff. Juicing. Smoothies. Fruit bowls. The works. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated. Just real food that makes my body feel like it's on my side again.

And this bowl in my hands? Let me tell you about it.

It's an acai bowl, served in a clear cup with a little lotus flower on the front. Underneath everything sits a deep purple acai base, thick and cold and smooth. On top, someone took their time. Bright yellow mango slices catch the light. Green kiwi sits fresh beside them. Raspberries add a pop of red, blackberries and blueberries scattered through the middle like tiny dark jewels. A layer of golden granola gives it crunch. And chia seeds sprinkled over the top, small but doing their quiet work.

It's beautiful.
Honestly, I almost didn't want to eat it.
Almost.

There's something about food like this. It's not just about the vitamins or the fiber or whatever else the labels promise. It's about paying attention again. Slowing down. Choosing something good for yourself, on purpose, one small bowl at a time.

That's what falling back in love feels like.
Not dramatic.
Just steady.

So this is me, showing up again. No pressure, no perfect plan. Just juicing and smoothies and colorful bowls, and a little more care for the body that carries me around every day.

If you've drifted too, maybe this is your sign.
Come home.
The fruit's fresh, and the door's open.

That's all I've got.
See you at the juice bar.
