FOLLOW ME INTO THE WOODS

Where sunlight kisses the shadows and the trees whisper ancient truths, a profound sense of self-realization begins to take shape. California, with its boundless natural beauty, cradles this magic in every canyon and trail. It invites us to reconnect with ourselves, to breathe deeply and walk mindfully through its enchanting landscapes. Each step becomes a meditation, each breath a reminder of our connection to the world around us. Jai Ho! Song by A. R. Rahman and The Pussycat Dolls. Where sunlight kisses the shadows and the trees whisper ancient truths. California holds magic in every canyon and trail. Breathe it in, walk it out.

July 15th

Some mornings, the forest asks us to stop pretending. I found him there in the light. Still. Bare. Unhurried. The trees held him like they remembered something we’ve forgotten.

"Come. Leave the noise at the trailhead. Leave the story we keep telling. Leave the version of us that is always running late for a life that isn’t happening yet.

Here, there is no yet.

Here, there is only this—the light on our skin, the breath we didn’t plan, the ground that has been waiting our whole lives to hold us.

Be still.

The trees are not becoming. They already are. The stream does not rush toward tomorrow. It moves, and it is already home.

We have carried so much that was never now.

Set it down.
Let the silence do what silence does.

Feel our heartbeat. That is enough.
Feel the air arrive and leave and arrive again. That is the whole teaching.

Nothing to reach.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to prove to the version of us that lives in the future.

Just this breath.
Just this green.
Just this raw, holy morning where we finally stop and become real.

This is the practice. Not later. Not once we’ve earned it.

Right here. Right now.

Follow us into the woods.
