Embracing the Call

Beloved congregation of Prism Church LA,

Today, I stand before you not as a stranger, but as a fellow traveler on this spiritual journey. My path to leadership isn't paved with mere words, but with a deep, transformative relationship with God's Word.

Depth of Commitment

Some may wonder about my dedication, my readiness to serve. Let me be transparent—I have not just read the Bible; I have lived it. Every page, every verse has been a mirror reflecting God's divine plan for my life.

Scriptural Roots

Reflect with me on the words of 2 Timothy 2:15:

"Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth."

This isn't just a verse—it's a covenant. A promise of unwavering commitment.

Theological Compass

The teachings of John MacArthur have been a lighthouse in my spiritual voyage. His unwavering commitment to biblical exposition has shaped my understanding of true ministry. MacArthur reminds us that leadership is not about personal glory, but about serving God's people with humility and truth.

The Calling

To those who might doubt, to those who question my journey—hear me:

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11

This isn't just a Bible study. This is a mission. A calling. A divine appointment.

Commitment Beyond Words

I stand before you not in my own strength, but empowered by the Holy Spirit. Our church is more than a building—it's a living, breathing body of Christ. And I am committed to nurturing, guiding, and serving with every fiber of my being.

Path Forward

Stay rooted. Stay faithful. Stay committed.

This is our moment. This is our calling. Together, we will walk this path of spiritual growth, understanding, and transformation.

Amen.
