Role Overview: Lead Pastor

We’re seeking a visionary spiritual leader who doesn’t just preach, but creates environments where people encounter genuine, life-changing faith.

Key Responsibilities:

Spiritual Leadership
- Develop and lead compelling, culturally relevant biblical teaching
- Craft innovative curriculum for small groups and Bible studies
- Provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance to our growing community
- Cast vision that propels our church forward
Content & Teaching
- Design comprehensive Bible study curriculums
- Create sermon content that speaks to the heart of LA’s diverse community
- Capture teaching moments for potential content distribution
- Mentor and develop emerging church leaders

What We’re Looking For:

Theological depth with a contemporary communication style
Proven track record of leadership in church environments
Strong biblical knowledge
Ability to connect with millennials and Gen Z
Comfortable with being a public-facing spiritual leader

Content Capture (Important Note)

While you’ll be responsible for creating teachable content, our dedicated media team will handle social media strategy and content distribution. Your role is to provide the spiritual substance.
