Tutoring Daycare Adventures with Big Baby Mitchell
So, picture this: I’m in the daycare, trying to help out Mitchell with his preschool work. This dude is totally over the top, rocking a shirt that’s like three sizes too big and his sagging pamper is practically a fashion statement. He’s looking all chill, bouncing in his tiny chair, ready to tackle some counting and learning like a pro. But little did I know, our session was about to take a wild turn straight into comedy central!
First, I’m trying to explain how to count, and just as I’m getting into explaining the number four, *boom*, I let one rip! I mean, it was a legendary blast—like a sound effect straight out of a cartoon! Poor Mitchell’s eyes go wide, and he looks at me, mouth agape, as if to say, “Did that really just happen?”
We both burst into laughter, and I’m thinking this is gonna be the best tutoring session ever! But wait, it gets even better. As he starts to get a little distracted by the toys in the corner—he’s got a stuffed dinosaur that looks like it’s plotting world domination—I lean in to refocus him. But guess what? *BAM*, another fart slips out! I swear, it’s like my body has a mind of its own! Mitchell just giggles uncontrollably, declaring, “You’re a farting machine!”
Now, things are spiraling into total chaos. I’m sitting there like, “What would really grab his attention?” And an idea hits me—why not make this even funnier? So, for the laughs, I have him sit on his preschool work, which is still in his already loaded pamper. As he wiggles around in his chair, I lean in closer with a big grin. And wouldn’t you know it, I push out another one just for effect while he’s scooting back and forth!
Mitchell erupts in laughter, bouncing up and down like a pogo stick, and suddenly shouts, “I’m a rocket ship! And I can blast off with my super farts!” At that point, I’m pretty much rolling on the floor, trying not to lose it completely. This kid has the spirit of a comedian—seriously, he should be on a stage!
By the end of our epic tutoring session, I’m cracking up harder than I’ve ever laughed, and Mitchell is in his own world of silliness. He may not have mastered all his counting just yet, but you better believe he learned a lot about friendship, farts, and just rolling with it. That’s daycare life for you—full of surprises, giggles, and hilarity, especially when you’re hanging out with a goofy big baby like Mitchell!
