We're Standing With DaBaby

We've been thinking a lot about what happened with DaBaby at Rolling Loud, and it's time we set the record straight. As conservatives who cherish our traditional values, we can't just abandon folks who speak uncomfortable truths, especially when they're being misrepresented by the liberal media.
Let's be crystal clear: DaBaby's comments weren't about targeting specific groups—they were about upholding standards of behavior that we believe should apply to everyone. His remarks addressed behaviors that don't align with our traditional values—behaviors we'd find concerning no matter who's engaging in them.
The left-wing media didn't waste any time creating this false narrative pitting DaBaby against Lil Nas X, manufacturing drama where there wasn't any. They're always trying to reduce our moral concerns to "hate" or "phobia." We've got to emphasize that our position hasn't changed—we don't support promiscuity or explicit public sexuality, period. It doesn't matter which side of the aisle you're on.
We're guided by scripture that tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:18 to "flee from sexual immorality." God's word doesn't make exceptions based on identity—it's for all of us. Our concern isn't about who people are; it's about behaviors that undermine the moral foundation we've built our nation upon.
What's really frustrating is how quickly they've rushed to condemn DaBaby without letting him explain himself. The establishment media immediately pushed this narrative that he was attacking identities, when he was really just expressing concerns about behaviors that don't align with our Christian values.
We've got to return to a society where we can actually talk about moral standards without being immediately labeled as bigots. As T.I. pointed out—if some folks are allowed to express their truth without limits, shouldn't we be allowed to express ours too?
As conservatives, we're committed to treating everyone with dignity. But we're also committed to standing up for moral standards that should apply to everyone. We can hold firm to these principles while still acknowledging the humanity of those we disagree with.
Proverbs 12:22 reminds us that "Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who act faithfully are His delight." Let's stay faithful to the truth, to consistent moral standards, and to treating everyone with the dignity they deserve as God's children—even when we don't see eye to eye on life choices.
